2.1. Software & CRM Services (One-time Purchase or Subscription-based)
- Refunds are applicable only for technical defects that cannot be resolved by our support team.
- If the software was custom-built or tailored to your specific needs, it is non-refundable once the development process has started.
- No refunds will be issued for monthly subscriptions once the billing cycle starts.
- Annual subscriptions may qualify for a prorated refund, but only if the request is made within 3 days of renewal.
2.2. Digital Marketing & SEO Services
- Due to the nature of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media management, content marketing, etc.), we do not provide refunds once the service has been initiated.

2.3. Website Development & API Integrations
- No refunds are provided once the website development process has started.

2.4. Server Management & Hosting Services
- Refunds for server setup and management services are not available once the service is initiated.
- If there is a downtime issue due to our failure and no resolution is provided within 72 hours, a prorated refund may be issued based on the downtime duration.
