By subscribing to this chapter, you ("Subscriber", "Associate", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Associate Services chapter provides a comprehensive professional service delivery system that enables:
- Management of CA, CS, TAX, and Legal services
- Government fee tracking and management
- Customer request processing workflow
- Document management and verification
- Dual wallet payment system
- Relationship Manager (RM) assignment
- Financial margin tracking

## 3. SERVICE STRUCTURE

3.1. **Platform Services**: Services are created and maintained by the platform administrator. Associates can:
- View available services
- Configure markup pricing
- Enable/disable services
- Customize service descriptions

3.2. **Pricing Components**:
- Professional Fee (set by platform)
- Government Fee (state-specific)
- Associate Markup (configured by you)
- Total Customer Price = Professional Fee + Government Fee + Markup

## 4. FINANCIAL TERMS

4.1. **Revenue Model**:
- Associates retain 100% of markup amount
- Professional fees paid to service providers
- Government fees remitted as applicable
- Dual wallet deduction upon approval

4.2. **Wallet Requirements**:
- Maintain sufficient wallet balance
- Automatic deductions for approved services
- No service delivery without payment
- Refunds as per platform policy

## 5. OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

5.1. **Service Delivery**: Associates must:
- Process requests within agreed timelines
- Ensure document completeness
- Maintain service quality standards
- Handle customer communications professionally

5.2. **Compliance**: Associates must:
- Verify customer documents appropriately
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data
- Report suspicious activities

## 6. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1. **Associate Admin**:
- Configure services and pricing
- Manage team members
- View all financial data
- Handle escalations

6.2. **Associate RM**:
- Manage assigned customers
- Process service requests
- Upload documents
- Track request status

## 7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Associates shall NOT:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Process fraudulent documents
- Bypass wallet payment system
- Share login credentials
- Misuse customer data
- Offer services outside platform
- Manipulate pricing unfairly

## 8. DATA PROTECTION

8.1. **Customer Data**: All customer data must be:
- Used only for service delivery
- Protected from unauthorized access
- Not shared with third parties
- Deleted when no longer required

8.2. **Document Handling**:
- Secure storage mandatory
- No local copies without encryption
- Proper disposal procedures
- Audit trail maintenance

## 9. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
