Strict No-Refund Policy for Paid Plans

All paid subscriptions are NON-REFUNDABLE once activated.

  • Monthly subscriptions - Non-refundable
  • Yearly subscriptions - Non-refundable
  • Custom domain plans - Non-refundable
  • Plan upgrades - Non-refundable

Reason: Free plan is available for everyone to explore the platform before purchasing. The subscription fee covers immediate access to premium features, custom domain setup, and backend support.

Promotional & Discounted Purchases

If any offer, promotion, coupon, or discount has been applied to your purchase, the transaction is ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Full Price Purchase - Limited Refund Window

If you purchased at full price (without any discount, offer, or coupon):

  • Refund Window: Within 15 days of purchase
  • Maximum Refund: 50% of the purchase amount
  • Condition: No file, chapter work, or any output has been initiated or generated by you on the platform

Note: Once any work is initiated or output is generated, this refund option becomes void.

Loan & Financial Services - No Outcome-Based Refunds

Refunds will NOT be entertained based on loan or financial service outcomes.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loan approval or rejection
  • Loan disbursement or non-disbursement
  • Interest rate decisions
  • Credit limit approvals or denials
  • Any favorable or unfavorable outcome from financial institutions

Reason: Vistarkriya acts as a facilitator only. Final decisions are made by third-party financial institutions and are beyond our control. Our service fee covers the processing and facilitation work, not the guarantee of any specific outcome.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access Continues: You retain full access until the end of your billing period
  • No Pro-rata Refunds: Unused days/months are not refunded
  • Auto-Renewal: Disable auto-renewal to prevent future charges

Chapters are add-on modules that extend platform functionality with specialized features and services. Each chapter has independent pricing based on billing cycle.

Chapter Free Trials

Free Trial Availability

Chapter free trials are ONLY available for custom domain users.

  • Custom Domain Users: Can access chapter free trials before purchasing
  • Path-based (Free Plan) Users: Chapter trials NOT available
  • Trial Period: Varies by chapter - check individual chapter details
  • No Auto-Conversion: Trials do not automatically convert to paid

Wallet System & Refund Policy

Vistarkriya uses a dual wallet system at the tenant level. Understanding the difference between these wallets is crucial for refund and withdrawal eligibility.

Two Types of Wallets

Core Wallet (Prepaid)

Your main wallet for topups and payments. Funds you add directly.

  • ✅ Topup via Payment Gateway/Bank Transfer
  • ✅ Used for subscriptions & services
  • Withdrawable (with approval)
Pipeline Wallet (Earned)

Commissions, cashbacks, and platform credits earned through activities.

  • ✅ Earned from commissions & referrals
  • ✅ Used for subscriptions & services
  • NOT Withdrawable / NOT Refundable

Pipeline Wallet Policy

Pipeline Wallet - Absolutely Non-Refundable & Non-Withdrawable

Pipeline Wallet balance CANNOT be refunded or withdrawn under any circumstances.

  • Pipeline balance represents earned credits (commissions, cashbacks, bonuses)
  • Can ONLY be used for platform services and subscriptions
  • Cannot be converted to cash or transferred to bank account
  • Cannot be transferred to Core Wallet
  • Forfeited upon account termination for violations

Use Case: Pipeline wallet is designed for reinvestment in platform services, not for cash withdrawal.

Core Wallet Policy

Core Wallet - Withdrawable with Approval

Core Wallet balance CAN be withdrawn to your bank account, subject to:

  • Approval by your assigned Relationship Manager (RM)
  • Meeting minimum withdrawal requirements
  • Applicable TDS and processing fee deductions as per government regulations
  • Account in good standing with no pending disputes

Topup Methods (Core Wallet Only)

  • Payment Gateway: Razorpay, PayU, PhonePe, Paytm (instant credit)
  • Bank Transfer: NEFT/RTGS/IMPS with UTR verification (manual approval)
  • UPI: Direct UPI payments via integrated gateways

Core Wallet Topups - Non-Refundable to Original Payment Method

Once funds are added to Core Wallet, they cannot be directly refunded to your original payment method.

However, you can:

  • Use the balance for any platform service
  • Request withdrawal to your bank account (requires RM approval)

Wallet Usage Priority

When you make a payment for subscriptions or services, the system may use funds from both wallets. The typical deduction order is:

  1. Pipeline Wallet First: Earned credits are used first (non-refundable portion)
  2. Core Wallet Second: Prepaid funds used after pipeline is exhausted

Note: Once Pipeline Wallet balance is used for a purchase, that portion cannot be refunded even if the service is cancelled.

Wallet Withdrawal Policy

You may request withdrawal of your Core Wallet balance subject to the following terms and deductions:

  • Approval Required: All withdrawals require RM (Relationship Manager) approval
  • Minimum & Maximum Limits: As per current platform settings
  • Daily & Monthly Limits: Withdrawal requests are limited per day and per month
  • Processing Time: As per platform processing schedule
  • Valid Bank Account: Bank account must be linked and verified

Mandatory Deductions on Withdrawals

  • TDS (Tax Deducted at Source): Deducted as per applicable Indian tax laws and government regulations
  • Processing Fee: Platform processing fee applicable on all withdrawals

Note: Net amount credited to your bank account will be after all applicable deductions.

Withdrawal Process

  1. Submit Request: From Dashboard → Wallet → Withdraw
  2. Pending: Request queued for RM review
  3. Processing: Approved and being processed
  4. Completed: Amount transferred to your bank

Bank Account Requirements

  • Valid bank account linked to your profile
  • Bank account must be in your name (or business name)
  • Valid IFSC code
  • No pending disputes or obligations on your account
  • Account must be in good standing (not suspended)

When Withdrawals May Be Blocked

We reserve the right to block or delay withdrawals in the following situations:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Pending chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Incomplete KYC/verification
  • Account under investigation
  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Outstanding dues or obligations

  • Non-Refundable: Customer license fees are non-refundable once activated
  • Customer Deletion: No refund for unused license period if you delete a customer
  • Activation Failure: Full credit issued if license cannot be activated due to system error

Each chapter offers various services through the platform. This section covers refund policies for services used within chapters.

Service Refund Rules

Refund Wallet Allocation

When a service refund is processed, the amount is credited back to the same wallet from which payment was made:

  • Paid via Pipeline Wallet: Refund credited to Pipeline Wallet (NOT withdrawable)
  • Paid via Core Wallet: Refund credited to Core Wallet (withdrawable with approval)
  • Mixed Payment: Refund split proportionally to respective wallets

General Service Refund Policy

Services Facilitated Through Third Parties

Vistarkriya acts as a mediator/facilitator for various services. We do NOT control third-party decisions.

  • Processing Fees: Non-refundable once service request is submitted
  • Third-Party Rejection: Processing fees NOT refunded if third party rejects application
  • No Guarantees: We make no guarantees about approvals, rates, or outcomes

Government Filing Services

  • Service Fees: Non-refundable once filing initiated
  • Government Rejection: Service fees NOT refunded if government rejects application
  • Our Error: Free re-filing or wallet credit if failure due to our mistake

Professional Services

  • Service Fees: Non-refundable once work commenced
  • Government Fees: Non-refundable (paid to government)
  • Incomplete Service: Partial/full credit if we fail to deliver
  • Client Delays: No refund if delay caused by client not providing required documents

Transaction-Based Services

  • Successful Transactions: Can be refunded by admin with valid reason
  • Refund Method: Amount credited back to respective wallet
  • Third-Party Failures: Auto-refund if transaction failed at provider's end

Third-Party API & Service Dependencies

How Our Platform Works

Like most modern SaaS platforms, Vistarkriya relies on third-party APIs and services to deliver functionality. This is standard industry practice - approximately 95% of technology platforms operate this way, integrating multiple external services to provide comprehensive solutions.

Our platform integrates with various third-party providers for services such as payment processing, government filings, verification services, communication APIs, and more.

No Refund for Third-Party Service Disruptions

In the event of third-party service disruptions beyond our control, NO REFUNDS will be provided. This includes situations such as:

  • Third-party provider discontinuing or modifying their API/service
  • Temporary or permanent service outages by external providers
  • Changes in third-party terms, pricing, or policies
  • Technical failures or errors at the provider's end
  • Regulatory or government policy changes affecting services
  • Unforeseen events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.)

Please Understand: Vistarkriya acts as an integrator and facilitator. We do not own or control these third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability. This is how the technology industry operates, and by using our platform, you acknowledge and accept this standard market practice.

Important Note on Service Refunds

Service refunds are credited to your wallet and are subject to the wallet policies mentioned above. Refunds credited to Pipeline Wallet remain non-withdrawable.

  • Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours
  • Review & Decision: 5-7 business days
  • Wallet Credit (if approved): 1-3 business days
  • Bank Transfer (if approved): 7-10 business days
