3.3. **User Access**: You are responsible for managing user access and permissions within your organization.
3.4. **Data Backup**: While we maintain system backups, you are encouraged to regularly export your data.
### 4. USAGE LIMITATIONS
4.1. **Fair Use**: The system is subject to fair use policies. Excessive API calls or bulk operations may be rate-limited.
