This Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all payments, transactions, and financial dealings with VistarKriya Marketings Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operating ("Platform"). By making any payment on our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to this Policy.
ABSOLUTE NO REFUND POLICY
ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, AND NON-ADJUSTABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER.
This policy applies without exception to all users including Tenants, Admins, B2B Partners, B2C Users, and any other category of users.

Why We Have a Strict No Refund Policy
Our no-refund policy exists for the following legitimate business reasons:
🎁 Free Demo & Trial Available
We provide a lifetime free plan with limited features that allows you to fully evaluate our platform before making any payment. Additionally, users with custom domains get access to free trials for various chapters. You have ample opportunity to test our services before committing financially.
💻 CRM Platform Fees, NOT Loan Fees
Critical Understanding: All fees you pay to are for CRM access, platform usage, and technology services. We do NOT charge for loans, loan approvals, or any financial product. We are a technology platform and mediator — NOT a bank or lender. Therefore:
- Loan rejection by a bank does NOT entitle you to any refund from us
- Pincode blacklisting by a bank does NOT entitle you to any refund
- Unfavorable loan terms from a bank does NOT entitle you to any refund
- Delay in loan disbursement does NOT entitle you to any refund
⚡ Instant Service Delivery
Many of our services are delivered instantly upon payment:
- CIBIL reports are generated immediately
- Verification services are processed instantly
- Platform access is granted immediately
- Chapter features are activated instantly
Once delivered, these services cannot be "returned" or "unused."
💸 Third-Party Costs Incurred
The moment you use any service, we incur costs with our third-party partners including API providers, banks, credit bureaus, verification services, and other vendors. These costs are non-recoverable.

- Chapter activation fees (Click & Credit, Micro Loans, Loan On Me, Associate Services, MSME Digital, PAN Services, etc.)
- Wallet top-up amounts
- CIBIL report fees
- KYC verification fees
- PAN verification fees
- Aadhaar verification fees
- Document processing fees
- Associate service fees (CA, CS, Tax, Legal)
- MSME scheme application fees
- API access fees
- Custom domain fees
- White-label branding fees
- Any promotional or discounted purchase
- Any other payment made on the platform
Subscription Plans
🎁 Free Plan (Lifetime)
- Available to everyone at no cost
- Limited features and chapter access
- Subdomain only (yourname.vistarkriya.com)
- No payment required, hence no refund applicable
- Use this to evaluate our platform before upgrading
💎 Paid Plans (Monthly/Yearly/Lifetime)
- Full access to subscribed features
- Custom domain support
- ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE after payment
- No pro-rata refunds for unused period
- No refunds for early cancellation
- No refunds for downgrade
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- NO refund for remaining days/months
- NO pro-rata refund under any circumstances
- Account will be downgraded to Free Plan after expiry
Chapter & Service-Specific Policies
💳 Click & Credit / Loan Chapters
ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE. These chapters provide CRM access for loan lead management. We are mediators only. All loan decisions (approval, rejection, terms, interest, EMI) are made by banks/NBFCs. Bank rejection or pincode blacklisting does NOT entitle you to any refund.
💰 Micro Loans / Loan On Me
ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE. API-based DSA integration fees and setup charges are non-refundable regardless of loan outcomes. Third-party lender decisions are beyond our control.
📋 Associate Services (CA, CS, Tax, Legal)
ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE. Upfront fees for associate services are non-refundable once paid. Service delivery is coordinated with third-party professionals whose work cannot be "returned."
🏭 MSME Digital
ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE. Government scheme application fees and service charges are non-refundable. Government approvals are beyond our control.
📊 CIBIL Reports & Verification
ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE. Reports are generated instantly via third-party APIs. Once generated, the service is consumed and cannot be refunded. Failed generation due to incorrect information provided by you is also non-refundable.
🪪 PAN Services & Document Services
ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE. Document processing and verification fees are non-refundable once the request is submitted.
Wallet Policy
operates a dual-wallet system:
💰 Core Wallet
- Primary wallet for platform transactions
- Funds added via UPI, cards, or bank transfer
- Wallet top-ups are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Balance may be used for platform services only
- Withdrawal requests subject to strict verification and approval
- Withdrawals subject to TDS, processing fees, and applicable deductions
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹500
- Processing time: 7-14 business days, subject to verification completion
- We reserve the right to reject withdrawal requests
🏦 Pipeline Wallet
- Holds pending commissions and earnings
- Released to Core Wallet ONLY after verification and approval
- NOT directly withdrawable
- NOT refundable under any circumstances
- May be forfeited in case of policy violations
Wallet Funds Are Non-Refundable
Once you add funds to your wallet, those funds are NON-REFUNDABLE. They can only be used for services on our platform or withdrawn (from Core Wallet only) subject to our approval, verification, and applicable deductions. Pipeline Wallet funds are NEVER refundable or withdrawable.
💸 Withdrawal Deductions
All withdrawals from Core Wallet are subject to:
- TDS: As per Income Tax Act (5-10% or as applicable)
- Processing Fee: Up to 5% of withdrawal amount
- Bank Charges: As applicable
- GST: On processing fee as applicable
- Any other statutory deductions
Third-Party Services & Bank Decisions
CRITICAL: We Are NOT Responsible for Bank/NBFC Decisions
is a technology platform that connects you with banks, NBFCs, and other service providers. We have ZERO CONTROL over:
- Loan approvals or rejections
- Interest rates, EMI, or loan terms
- Processing fees charged by banks
- Insurance premiums
- Pincode availability or blacklisting
- Document verification decisions
- Disbursement timelines
- Any other decision made by financial institutions
You expressly acknowledge and agree that rejection of a loan application, blacklisting of your area/pincode, unfavorable terms, delays, or any other unfavorable outcome from a bank/NBFC/third-party does NOT constitute grounds for any refund from .
All fees paid to us are for CRM access and platform services. These fees are earned by us the moment you make the payment, regardless of any subsequent third-party decisions.
Chargebacks, Disputes & Fraudulent Claims
WARNING: Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute is considered a SERIOUS VIOLATION of these terms and may result in severe consequences.
🚨 Consequences of Fraudulent Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank/card issuer that we determine to be fraudulent or unjustified, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately terminate your account without notice
- Forfeit all wallet balances (Core and Pipeline)
- Forfeit all pending commissions and earnings
- Recover the disputed amount plus chargeback fees (typically ₹500-₹2000 per chargeback)
- Recover administrative and legal costs incurred
- Report the incident to relevant authorities and credit bureaus
- Pursue legal action for recovery of amounts and damages
- Blacklist you from future use of our platform
📋 Dispute Resolution Process
Before filing any chargeback or dispute with your bank, you MUST:
- Contact our support team first at hello@vistarkriya.com
- Provide complete details of your concern in writing
- Allow us 7 business days to investigate and respond
- Cooperate with our investigation process
Filing a chargeback without following this process will be considered a violation of these terms.
Legal Action
We reserve the right to pursue civil and criminal legal action against any user who files fraudulent chargebacks, makes false claims, or attempts to defraud our platform. This may include filing complaints under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) Sections 415, 420 (Cheating and Fraud), and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Refunds on Account Termination
🔚 Voluntary Account Closure
If you voluntarily close your account:
- NO refund of subscription fees
- NO refund of chapter activation fees
- NO refund of wallet balance (non-withdrawable)
- Core Wallet balance may be withdrawn subject to approval and deductions
- Pipeline Wallet balance is forfeited
⛔ Termination by Us (For Violations)
If we terminate your account for policy violations:
- NO refund of any kind
- ALL wallet balances forfeited (Core and Pipeline)
- ALL pending earnings forfeited
- NO withdrawal permitted
- We may recover additional damages if applicable
Forfeiture Clause
In the event of account termination for violation of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or this Refund Policy, or for fraudulent activity, ALL funds in your account (including Core Wallet, Pipeline Wallet, pending commissions, and any other balances) shall be IMMEDIATELY FORFEITED without any right to claim or recover such amounts.
Queries & Grievances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we are committed to addressing your concerns. If you have any issues:
- Step 1: Contact our support team via email with complete details
- Step 2: Include your account ID, transaction ID, and clear description of the issue
- Step 3: Our team will review and respond within 7 business days
- Step 4: If unresolved, escalate to our grievance officer

Important Reminder
Contacting support does NOT entitle you to a refund. Our support team will assist with technical issues, service delivery concerns, and account queries, but refund requests will be declined as per this policy. Please do not contact support expecting a refund exception.
Legal Provisions & Dispute Resolution
⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from this Policy.
🤝 Arbitration Clause
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Policy, including its validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
- Seat of Arbitration: Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India
- Language: English or Hindi
- Number of Arbitrators: One (1), mutually appointed or appointed by the Uttarakhand High Court
- Arbitration Fees: To be borne by the losing party unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator
You agree to attempt resolution through our internal grievance process before initiating arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
🌪️ Force Majeure
shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fire
- War, terrorism, riots, civil unrest
- Government actions, new regulations, or restrictions
- Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergencies
- Power outages, internet disruptions, server failures
- Third-party API failures, bank system outages
- Strikes, labor disputes
- Any other events beyond our reasonable control
Such events do NOT entitle you to any refund or compensation.
✂️ Severability
If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from this Policy. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected or impaired in any way.
📝 Policy Modifications
VistarKriya Marketings Private Limited reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, update, or replace this Refund Policy at any time without any prior notice, as the Company deems fit and necessary. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
📄 Entire Agreement
This Refund Policy, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and VistarKriya Marketings Private Limited regarding refunds and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

By Making Any Payment, You Acknowledge:
- You have READ and UNDERSTOOD this entire Refund Policy
- You AGREE that all payments are final and non-refundable
- You UNDERSTAND that we are a CRM platform, not a lender
- You ACCEPT that bank/NBFC decisions are not our responsibility
- You WAIVE any right to claim refunds based on third-party decisions
- You have utilized the FREE PLAN to evaluate our services before paying
- You AGREE to the chargeback and dispute policies stated herein
This Refund Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service. In case of any conflict, the more restrictive provision shall apply.
