Important Note
Since we offer a free plan to try our platform, paid subscriptions are considered final purchases. Please use the free plan to evaluate our services before upgrading.
Chapter Subscriptions
Service chapters (Click Credit, MSME Digital, Associate Services, etc.) have individual subscription terms:
- Free Trial: Some chapters offer free trials for custom domain users
- Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable after activation
- Yearly Subscriptions: Non-refundable, no pro-rata refunds
- Lifetime Access: Non-refundable under any circumstances
Cancellation
You can cancel chapter subscriptions anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for unused time.
Wallet Policy
uses a dual-wallet system:
💰 Core Wallet
- Primary wallet for transactions
- Funds added via UPI, cards, or bank transfer
- Withdrawable with admin approval
- Subject to TDS and processing fees
🏦 Pipeline Wallet
- Holds pending commissions and earnings
- Released to Core Wallet after verification
- NOT directly withdrawable
- NOT refundable
Pipeline Wallet Funds
Funds in the Pipeline Wallet cannot be withdrawn or refunded. They are released to the Core Wallet only after service completion and verification.
Withdrawal Process
To withdraw funds from your Core Wallet:
- Submit a withdrawal request from your admin panel
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹500
- Processing time: 3-7 business days
- Bank account must be verified
Applicable Deductions
- TDS: As per Income Tax Act (usually 5-10%)
- Processing Fee: Up to 2% (minimum ₹10)
- Bank Charges: As applicable
B2B Module Refunds
For B2B customers (customers of our Tenants):
- Refund requests should be directed to the Admin first
- Tenants are responsible for their own refund policies
- may mediate in case of disputes
- Platform fees are generally non-refundable
Admin Responsibility
Each Admin sets their own refund policy for their customers. We recommend Tenants clearly communicate their policies to their B2B clients.
Service-Specific Refunds
📋 Associate Services (CA, CS, Tax)
Refunds depend on service completion status. Partial refunds may be available if work hasn't started.
💳 Click Credit / Loans
Application fees are non-refundable. Loan disbursement issues should be raised with the lending partner.
🏭 MSME Digital
Government scheme fees paid are non-refundable. Service fees may be partially refunded if application is not submitted.
📊 CIBIL Reports
Once a report is generated, no refunds. Failed report generation may be retried or refunded.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you're eligible for a refund:
- Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of the transaction
- Step 2: Provide your account details and transaction ID
- Step 3: Explain the reason for your refund request
- Step 4: Our team will review and respond within 48 hours
