We provide a lifetime free plan with limited features that allows you to fully evaluate our platform before making any payment. Additionally, users with custom domains get access to free trials for various chapters. You have ample opportunity to test our services before committing financially.

💻 CRM Platform Fees, NOT Loan Fees

Critical Understanding: All fees you pay to Vistarkriya are for CRM access, platform usage, and technology services. We do NOT charge for loans, loan approvals, or any financial product. We are a technology platform and mediator — NOT a bank or lender. Therefore:

• Loan rejection by a bank does NOT entitle you to any refund from us
• Pincode blacklisting by a bank does NOT entitle you to any refund
• Unfavorable loan terms from a bank does NOT entitle you to any refund
• Delay in loan disbursement does NOT entitle you to any refund

⚡ Instant Service Delivery

Many of our services are delivered instantly upon payment:

• CIBIL reports are generated immediately
• Verification services are processed instantly
• Platform access is granted immediately
• Chapter features are activated instantly

Once delivered, these services cannot be "returned" or "unused."

💸 Third-Party Costs Incurred

The moment you use any service, we incur costs with our third-party partners including API providers, banks, credit bureaus, verification services, and other vendors. These costs are non-recoverable.

💎 Paid Plans (Monthly/Yearly/Lifetime)

• Full access to subscribed features
• Custom domain support
• ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE after payment
• No pro-rata refunds for unused period
• No refunds for early cancellation
• No refunds for downgrade

🔄 Auto-Payment Authorization

By setting up a UPI Mandate or any auto-payment arrangement, you:

• Authorize recurring automatic debits as per the agreed schedule
• Agree to maintain sufficient balance in your linked account on debit dates
• Understand that CANCELLING THE MANDATE IS EQUIVALENT TO NON-PAYMENT
• Accept that payment failures will result in service restrictions

❌ Payment Failure Consequences

Our system employs smart retry logic based on payment method:

• UPI Autopay: 1+3 retry mechanism — initial attempt + up to 3 automatic retries. Panel access is restricted after all 4 attempts fail.
• eNACH / PNACH / Card: No automatic retries. Panel access is restricted immediately upon first payment failure.

Upon payment failure or mandate cancellation:

• Your admin panel access will be IMMEDIATELY RESTRICTED
• All platform features will be inaccessible until dues are cleared
• Your data remains safe but inaccessible during the blocked period
• Continued non-payment may result in permanent account termination

📅 Mandate Cancellation by Customer

If you cancel the UPI Mandate from your bank/UPI app:

• Your access will continue ONLY until the end of your current paid period
• Once the paid period expires, your panel will be blocked
• The initial payment and all amounts already debited are NON-REFUNDABLE
• To restore access, you must clear the full outstanding amount
• Cancelling mandate is treated the same as non-payment — there is no distinction

🔓 Restoring Access After Block

To restore your panel access after being blocked:

• Contact our support team to arrange payment of outstanding dues
• Complete the payment via available payment methods
• Upon successful payment, access will be restored within 24 hours
• A new mandate may need to be set up for future payments
• No refund of any previously paid amounts will be provided

💸 Withdrawal Deductions

All withdrawals from Core Wallet are subject to:

• TDS: As per Income Tax Act (5-10% or as applicable)
• Processing Fee: Up to 5% of withdrawal amount
• Bank Charges: As applicable
• GST: On processing fee as applicable
• Any other statutory deductions

🚨 Consequences of Fraudulent Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank/card issuer that we determine to be fraudulent or unjustified, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately terminate your account without notice
• Forfeit all wallet balances (Core and Pipeline)
• Forfeit all pending commissions and earnings
• Recover the disputed amount plus chargeback fees (typically ₹500-₹2000 per chargeback)
• Recover administrative and legal costs incurred
• Report the incident to relevant authorities and credit bureaus
• Pursue legal action for recovery of amounts and damages
• Blacklist you from future use of our platform

📋 Dispute Resolution Process

Before filing any chargeback or dispute with your bank, you MUST:

• Contact our support team first at hello@vistarkriya.com
• Provide complete details of your concern in writing
• Allow us 7 business days to investigate and respond
• Cooperate with our investigation process

Filing a chargeback without following this process will be considered a violation of these terms.

🔚 Voluntary Account Closure

If you voluntarily close your account:

• NO refund of subscription fees
• NO refund of chapter activation fees
• Tenant-deposited funds (amounts you topped up or paid in) are locked — non-refundable and non-withdrawable, and may only be consumed against platform services
• Platform-credited earnings (commissions, payouts, and incentives credited to you by the Platform) may be withdrawn from the Core Wallet, subject to verification, approval, TDS under the Income Tax Act, and the processing fees and deductions set out in §6
• Pipeline Wallet balance is forfeited

⛔ Termination by Us (For Violations)

If we terminate your account for policy violations:

• NO refund of any kind
• ALL wallet balances forfeited (Core and Pipeline)
• ALL pending earnings forfeited
• NO withdrawal permitted
• We may recover additional damages if applicable

⚖️ Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy and any disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from this Policy.

🤝 Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

(a) Good-Faith Negotiation: Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days from written notice of the dispute.

(b) If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).

• (c) Number of Arbitrators: One (1), mutually appointed by the parties. If the parties cannot agree within fifteen (15) days, the appointment shall be made in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• (d) Seat and Venue: Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
• (e) Language: English or Hindi.
• (f) Arbitration Fees: To be borne by the losing party unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
• (g) The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

🌪️ Force Majeure

Vistarkriya shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fire
• War, terrorism, riots, civil unrest
• Government actions, new regulations, or restrictions
• Pandemic, epidemic, or public health emergencies
• Power outages, internet disruptions, server failures
• Third-party API failures, bank system outages
• Strikes, labor disputes
• Any other events beyond our reasonable control

Such events do NOT entitle you to any refund or compensation.

✂️ Severability

If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from this Policy. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected or impaired in any way.

📝 Policy Modifications

VistarKriya Marketings Private Limited reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, update, or replace this Refund Policy at any time without any prior notice, as the Company deems fit and necessary. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Policy. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

📄 Entire Agreement

This Refund Policy, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and VistarKriya Marketings Private Limited regarding refunds and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
