Yes — each business needs their own Meta Business Account and a verified phone number with WhatsApp Business API access. It's free to create, and our setup wizard walks you through every step. We never log into or access your Meta account on your behalf.

No — the WhatsApp Business API uses a separate number from personal WhatsApp. We recommend using a dedicated business number. If you use your existing number, it can no longer be used on personal WhatsApp simultaneously (Meta's restriction, not ours).

₹0.05 (our platform fee) + ₹0.86 (Meta's marketing rate in India) = ₹0.91 per marketing message. Utility/authentication messages are ₹0.05 + ₹0.12 = ₹0.17 each. Customer-initiated service replies are ₹0.05 from us (Meta's side is free inside the 24-hour service window).

Customer-initiated conversations are free from Meta (first 1,000 service conversations/month, then their standard rate). From our side, there's no per-reply charge — you only pay the flat ₹99/month + GST chatbot platform fee.

Yes — you can migrate your existing number to the WhatsApp Business API. Once migrated, that number will disconnect from personal WhatsApp (Meta's restriction). Your chat history on personal WhatsApp will not be transferred. Most businesses prefer a dedicated number for this reason.

No monthly platform subscription. You pay ₹0.05 per outbound message you send, and an optional ₹99/month + GST only if you activate the chatbot. Everything else — templates, inbox, delivery tracking — is free, forever.
