What is a sub-admin?

A sub-admin is a team member who works inside your admin panel with a login of their own. You never share your own password, and you stay in full control of what they can see and do.

Own 8-digit ID and MPIN

Every sub-admin gets a personal 8-digit login ID and an MPIN. Your own credentials stay with you.

Section-wise access

Switch each section of the panel on or off per sub-admin. They see only what you allow.

Your account stays yours

Profile and account settings always remain with you, the owner. A sub-admin cannot take them over.

Full activity log

See who did what and when. Every sub-admin action is recorded for you to review.

Approved on StaqOn

Adding a sub-admin needs your approval on the StaqOn app, so nobody can add one without you knowing.

GST bill included

Each charge is taken from your wallet and a GST bill is issued for it.

The amount is charged from your VistarKriya wallet when you approve the request, so keep enough balance before you add a sub-admin.

How to add a sub-admin

It takes about a minute.

Link StaqOn firstYour workspace must be linked with StaqOn, because approvals arrive there. Link my workspace if you have not done so.

Open Sub-admins in your admin panelGo to Admin panel → Sub-admins, enter the person's name and choose Monthly or One-time.

Approve on StaqOnTap Pay and create. A request appears on your StaqOn app with the amount. Approve it, or tap Decline if you did not ask for it.

Share the ID and MPIN, set their accessThe new 8-digit ID and MPIN are shown once. Pass them on, then switch on the sections this person should use.

Questions

Can a sub-admin see my profile or change my account?

No. Profile and account settings always stay with you as the owner.

What if I do not want a sub-admin to see a section?

Turn that section off for them. You can change access at any time.

Why do I need StaqOn to add a sub-admin?

The approval step protects you. A sub-admin is added and charged only after you approve it on your StaqOn app.

How do I know what a sub-admin did?

Open the activity log in the Sub-admins page. Each action is listed with the person and the time.

Is GST charged?

Yes, 18% GST is added to the rate and a GST bill is issued for the charge.
