Common questions

Who can use VaultDrive?
VaultDrive is free for every VistarKriya tenant — there's no separate cost or upgrade required. The tenant admin and their staff (RM, PB, LB) can all log in with their existing platform credentials and start using it the same day they sign up.
How does WhatsApp intake work?
Tell your customer to save your dedicated WhatsApp number and send their documents there. The system matches their phone to their customer record and files the document into the right vault. The customer gets a confirmation reply.
Is it safe to install?
Yes. VaultDrive reads your existing customer data from your VistarKriya account. It doesn't touch anything on your PC outside its own folder. Windows may show an Unknown publisher warning until VaultDrive builds installer reputation — click More info, then Run anyway.
What about Mac and Linux?
Windows 10 and 11 are supported today. Mac and Linux are on the roadmap.
